Our peer support group is a bi-weekly virtual meeting where adults with ADHD come together to share their experiences, strategies and resources with one another in a supportive environment.

Our meetings run biweekly on Wednesdays every month from 7:00-9:00 PM.

ADHD 101

gain practical insights, strategies, and tools for better understanding and managing ADHD in daily life.

Join us for four workshops breaking down the basics of ADHD. Learn about how our nervous systems operate, the mechanics behind self-regulation, breaking down medication & treatment options, and supporting one another through the ups and downs of emotional disregulation.

Our workshops run seasonally, biweekly on Mondays every month from 7:30-9:00PM.
